Somewhere we're off. It says 62 replies here on the top, so we can't be on 61. If there's 62 replies, that means there should be 63 posts and this would be number Sixty-four?
Yeah, we're off somewhere since when you count the original post we have 68 posts. But this way the number matches the comment number so I tried to keep it on track after that.
When one is 22, 32 might seem sort of old, but when one gets north of 40, one realizes that 20s and 30s are all young.
This is actually not such a silly activity, especially if we could others to join in. Often the hardest part of writing is just getting started. That's often the reason the serious writers often make themselves write so many words or for so many minutes every day, even if they presumably have nothing to say at the moment.
Michelle, we still haven't gotten our Christmas cards out, so you're far from alone on being behind on things.
Yeah, I was hesitant to try this post when I read the suggestion because I didn't see much value in a thread full of numbers. But it's actually working out really well. This has become what the "chit chat" thread was supposed to be. LOL!
Ah, well, I'm not going to worry about what threads conversation happens in. The important part is to keep the conversations going.
Michelle
Edit: Oh, and I got our Christmas cards out but I just finished up my parents' gift this evening and will be (hopefully) shipping it tomorrow. And that's actually early for me.
Seventy - now that is starting to get old... STARTING! Well, I have my cards to Germany still lying here.... forgot to send them cause they have to go to the post office... Oh well, they'll still like them when them when they get them late..lol.
@louise95 - Heh, it's ok. It's not like a goof in the numbers will bring about the end of the world.
Seventy-two: The number of hours I would need in a day to get done everything I try to do in a day. I still have a bunch of other posts here to answer but am only here for a quick peek.
Seventy-four
In all reality we don't even have to count.. just look at the top of the post...lol.. I know..more fun to count.
My hubby is interested in Ham radio too... hasn't gotten anything to start out yet though. At least now that he's off every other weekend he can take the test.
I used to know a few people with Ham..always wanted to do it myself, never got around to it though and then lost interest.

Long story short, it takes a 35 question multiple guess exam (The Riverland Club gives them at the Onalaska Public Library) to get you on the air. I got my license in 2003, even though I'd had an interest in radio from about the time I was in Junior High School. I really wish I had done it much earlier.
Ninety: The year after I graduated. Not a great year for me... I had moved across the country to live with my boyfriend and made a pretty bad mess of my life.
